Hi, I’m Kathy Pearce,
a Seattle-born Leadership & Mindset Coach who helps leaders and professionals find deeper meaning, purpose, and fulfillment without compromising who they are or what matters most to them.
Through strengths-based, neuroscience-informed coaching, I create space for people to reconnect with their inner wisdom, build confidence and define success in a way that feels meaningful, aligned and authentic.

More About Me
For years, I followed the traditional formula for success: work hard, build a thriving career, and keep reaching for the next accomplishment. On the outside, I was successful. But I also watched brilliant, hardworking colleagues struggle with burnout, isolation, and anxiety, and I recognized some of that struggle in myself. I wasn’t spending enough time with the people who mattered most, and I didn’t have the freedom, flexibility, or creativity I craved. I had become a slave to my own success.
Everything changed when I discovered coaching. The coach approach (partnering through curiosity rather than leading with expertise) opened a door I didn’t know existed. I hired my own coach, enrolled in professional coach training, and began coaching leaders and professionals. Very quickly, it became clear that I could no longer divide myself between my corporate role and the work that truly lit me up. I chose to honor my values, resign, and build my own coaching practice. I’ve never looked back.
Today, my mission is simple and deeply personal: to empower people to define success on their own terms and create lives and careers that feel meaningful, aligned, and authentic without compromising who they are or what matters most to them.
