Our beliefs were written into the story of our lives early on, without us even knowing. We may not even understand how these limiting beliefs can hold us back.

As a child, you are like a sponge, soaking up what you see and hear – picking up beliefs held by your parents, teachers, clergy, or other authoritative figures in your childhood.

Exploring these beliefs to shine a light on any limiting beliefs you may have, is a first step in a journey towards lasting change.

It can be easy to slip back into old habits and behaviors without support on your journey towards lasting change. So helping you to identify who you are and what you think, helps you understand why some things in life really bother you and other things don’t.

Focusing on listening to what your inner voice is telling you, helps to unlock many of those limiting beliefs, or life scripts, that were established in childhood.

You may not yet understand how much these beliefs and life scripts guide how you think, feel and act. Not all of your beliefs or life scripts are negative, and not all of your inner voices are telling you that you will fail.
