To maintain peak performance 💪, we all need to recharge, and, with crazy hectic work and home lives, it’s important to be intentional about finding ways to do just that – especially after this past year!!

            For me, I’m relishing spending time out in nature 🏔 – to rest, sleep deeply 😴, refresh, re-energize, and have some fun with loved ones 😆.

           No alarms, no screens, just the sound of birds 🐦 chirping, the water splashing on the shores of the lake, walks with the dogs 🐕, the smell of the campfire 🏕 and belly laughs with dear friends.
