I invite you to consider being a little happier by looking at your daily routines and seeing if you can reinvent them to serve you better! 👍

Have you ever had the experience of doing something the same way for a long time, like a routine, and then being forced to do it in a new way and realizing the new way was much better – and wondering why you didn’t do it that way much earlier? 🤔

We all establish a bunch of routines that create a comfort zone for us. Many of these routines are helpful, and some of them might have been great in the beginning, and are now outdated. 🙋 What routines do you have that can be reinvented so you can be a little happier?

This could be anything, ranging from 👇👇👇

-What you do first thing in the morning -to whether you respond to each email or message right away or in batches -to how you get to work -to how you prioritize your day, etc.

Simply go over what you consider to be your established routines and ask yourself “Is this still the best way for me to do this, or is there a better way”? 🧐

In many cases your answer may be “Yes, this still works, let’s not change it.” Perhaps with one of your routines though you may decide to try a new way to change things around. This could be energizing and make you a little happier. ⚡️😍 So have some fun with it, and see what you might want to change up.
