I invite you to consider being a little happier by looking at your daily routines and seeing if you can reinvent them to serve you better! ๐Ÿ‘

Have you ever had the experience of doing something the same way for a long time, like a routine, and then being forced to do it in a new way and realizing the new way was much better – and wondering why you didnโ€™t do it that way much earlier? ๐Ÿค”

We all establish a bunch of routines that create a comfort zone for us. Many of these routines are helpful, and some of them might have been great in the beginning, and are now outdated. ๐Ÿ™‹ What routines do you have that can be reinvented so you can be a little happier?

This could be anything, ranging from ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

-What you do first thing in the morning -to whether you respond to each email or message right away or in batches -to how you get to work -to how you prioritize your day, etc.

Simply go over what you consider to be your established routines and ask yourself โ€œIs this still the best way for me to do this, or is there a better wayโ€? ๐Ÿง

In many cases your answer may be โ€œYes, this still works, letโ€™s not change it.โ€ Perhaps with one of your routines though you may decide to try a new way to change things around. This could be energizing and make you a little happier. โšก๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ So have some fun with it, and see what you might want to change up.
