I’m leaving with a deeper trust in my own judgment. I now see that I can take on bigger challenges and lead at a higher level when I approach situations with intention, clarity, and confidence. I plan to continue using the frameworks and tools we discussed when navigating difficult conversations, influencing cross-functional partners, and making leadership decisions.
