Coaching with Kathy has been so impactful. I now have more confidence in my decision-making, and I’ve been able to really lead with the confidence I felt I was lacking. I’m different from others, more empathic, and I recognize that’s it’s OK to be myself. I’ve also realized that I am a good leader and bring things to the table that some of my other counterparts do not.
