One day I went to a “Laughter Yoga” class and had no idea what to expect. In fact, I was so tired that I almost skipped it. And I’m incredibly grateful that I went! What I learned was that the energy created by the simple act of laughing infuses your body, mind, and spirit with all those yummy endorphins.

As a result, I walked away completely refreshed and energized – ready to tackle whatever the rest of the day had to bring. I also learned that the power of laughter transforms a negative mindset and is absolutely infectious bringing joy to those around you. So “take the time to laugh, for it is the music of the soul.”
