Nina Schloegel

I am excited about what I learned about myself when I worked with Kathy. I thought I was showing up as ONE person, but what came up from me what that I held myself and presented myself differently depending on the environment I was in instead of being myself as the “whole” person. For example, when I was out in networking groups I brought professional Nina and left the fun Nina at home instead of integrating her with professional Nina. Kathy is very professional when she pointed out that there were a couple of voices that seemed to come out with me. She did a session of voice dialogue and it was amazing. I felt my body energy shift when she asked certain questions. I would definitely do more voice dialogue with Kathy and I encourage others to as well. It has made a huge difference for me in my business relationship building of new clients. Not to mention that I am more relaxed when I attend networking meetings because I am bringing all of me to the plate. I don’t feel like I am “hiding” anymore.
