When people think about personal growth, they often imagine finding the right answers.

The answer to a career decision.

The answer to a relationship challenge.

The answer to what comes next.

Answers are important.

But in my experience, meaningful change often begins somewhere else.

It begins with questions.

Not rushed questions asked from fear.

Thoughtful questions asked from curiosity.

Questions like:

What matters most to me?

What am I assuming?

What am I avoiding?

What would I do if fear weren’t making this decision for me?

Questions have a way of slowing us down just enough to notice what we’ve been missing.

They create space between our first reaction and our next choice.

They invite reflection instead of urgency.

One of the greatest gifts coaching offers isn’t a list of solutions.

It’s the opportunity to explore questions you may not have considered on your own.

Because the right question doesn’t simply help us solve a problem.

It helps us understand ourselves more deeply.

And that understanding often becomes the foundation for wiser decisions.

As you move through this week, consider carrying one meaningful question with you.

Not because you need an immediate answer.

But because sometimes the question itself begins the transformation.

👉 If you’re wrestling with a decision or navigating a season of change, I’d love to help you explore the questions that might move you forward.
